Cynthia Lippolis, Broker Owner and President of River Towns Real Estate since 1998, has been with the same company since 1986. As a full time, hands on broker, Cynthia is committed to providing the leadership it takes to oversee each and every agent making sure of a smooth & successful transaction for both the buyer and the seller. As a Premier Service Provider, honesty and caring about the quality of service provided to each and every client is the most important part of her business model.
Cynthia has 20 years of experience in the business and has served on many committees for both the Real Estate Industry as well as Community Organizations.
Her impressive credentials include membership in the Westchester/Putnam County Board of Realtors, Mid-Hudson County Board of Realtors, New York State Associations of Realtors, National Associations of Realtors, Zone Chairperson for The Westchester Multiple Listing Service, and a committee member for the Westchester/Putnam Rules committee to help create tougher standards making sure all agents adhere to the Realtor Code of Ethics. Aside from Real Estate, Cynthia is active as the Treasurer of the Croton-on-Hudson Rotary Club, Board member of the Hudson Valley Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Business Improvement District in Peekskill. She volunteers with numerous organizations throughout the year.
Her license credential includes a Brokers license, a Certified Buyer Representative Certificate and a Residential Marketing Specialist Certificate.
