I am a fourth generation Croton on Hudson resident -- my great grandfather helped build the Croton Dam! My husband, Mark, is the owner of Franzoso Contracting, and we have two children, Brian and Jessica, who have been educated in the Croton School District. As a result, we have numerous contacts and references in this area to help you with all your real estate needs.
I am a former IBM employee of the Real Estate and Construction Division as well as a teacher assistant in the local nursery school. I’ve always had an interest in real estate and design, which prompted me to start a real estate salesperson career. Even though I’ve been an agent a short time, I have developed many skills and learned about this exciting field by regularly attending conferences and classes, which is very important in this ever-changing market.

They read a newspaper or check the internet or pick up one of the home magazines in the supermarket and call about a home they see advertised.
