My first real job, at about 15 years old, was in the River Towns Realty office working for my aunt Cynthia. Computers were still relatively new to the office and I was the de facto tech guy- I didn’t handle much real estate at that age, but I’ve watched that office grow over the years into an integral part of my home town community. Fast forward 20 years, and after a successful career in hospitality as a chef in Boston, London, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Westchester, I’ve hung up my clogs and taken up a new career as a licensed real estate salesperson.
My wife Kaitlyn and I both grew up in Croton and recently purchased our first home in Ossining, where we live with our daughter and Chinese Crested dog Bowie. While I may not have as much experience as some other agents, you will never get a well-rehearsed sales pitch from me- what you will get is a loyal, hard-working, organized & accountable agent who is a good listener capable of understanding what you, as clients, are looking for. As a chef, I learned to cook for all tastes and keep my menu on budget; as your agent I will work tirelessly to accommodate your style and price range.
 Over 18 years, my wife and I have owned a condo, bought a timeshare (whoops!), moved overseas several times (visa issues!), and somehow managed to live in 9 different apartments over the span of 7 years. When it comes to empathy and understanding for the plight of those in a period of residential transition, I’ll always have your back and do all I can to make sure your experience is a positive one. Having recently moved from Brooklyn to Westchester, I can be a great fit for first time home buyers and anyone looking to make the transition from the city to the suburbs.
In addition to residential sales, I will be putting my experience as a former chef to use on the commercial end of the business. Over my career in hospitality, I was a part of over a dozen openings and redesigns and understand the practical needs of an operator when looking over commercial properties for purchase or lease. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, I can be a valuable asset for anyone looking to start or expand their operation.
